PROJECT SUMMARY:
A new shell building for a popular retail brand located off of Kingston Pike. This building includes ground floor, double-height retail space, back of house support spaces and a mechanical room loft. The design team worked closely with the national brand tenant to coordinate the final space use. All interior finishes and fixtures were provided by tenant. The project also included site preparation for the new building and accommodations for a future building including grading, site utilities, permeable paving parking and drive aisle.
