UT Federal Credit Union’s Springbrook Farm branch introduces a thoughtfully composed, new community-focused financial facility within the emerging mixed-use Springbrook Farm district in Alcoa. Designed to blend timeless architectural cues with a fresh contemporary expression, the branch features a welcoming lobby illuminated by clerestory windows that draw natural light deep into the interior. The exterior palette pairs traditional masonry with modern Nichiha panel accents, creating both visual warmth and civic presence. A signature 60-foot cantilevered structural steel canopy, with smoked glass cladding, shelters drive-up interactive teller machines (ITMs), enhancing comfort and usability for members.

Delivered as part of UTFCU’s ongoing growth in the region, this branch reinforces the credit union’s brand identity and service ethos. Robust daylighting, thoughtful material contrasts, and purpose-driven exterior elements work together to create a welcoming, durable facility tailored to the needs of both members and staff, while contributing to the ongoing transformation of Springbrook Farm as a vibrant community destination.
