Bluegrass Landing Ribbon Cutting
On September twenty third, the large team of different organizations who were part of the great Bluegrass Landing project got together to celebrate the completed construction of the complex. DGA Residential, Knox County, Knoxville Community Development Corporation, HUD, Tennessee Housing Development Agency, and Smee + Busby Architects all worked together to create spacious housing for families making under $70,000. Finding housing suitable for a family of four or five that isn’t an hour drive away or incredibly expensive. This is a rare, and much needed project for our communities.
