We wanted the office to be on Market Square. It just had to be, because we are committed to the redevelopment of Downtown Knoxville! Which meant we were going to start with an old building. The old plaster on the walls looked pretty cool. The exposed brick…pretty cool, too. The original wood floors – they can be refinished. The ceiling…..OK, no hope there – let’s cover it up – besides, it’s gotta be fire-rated. And the new work? Well, keep it simple, affordable – and make it nice!
BUT -No cubicles allowed…we call them “Curvicles”. This is our office, and we like it.
