 Our blend consists of 1/2 Colombian Supremo, 1/4 Guatemala Huehuetenango and 1/4 Kenya AA. It is roasted for approx. 25 minutes for 10 pounds, creating a very dark "Italian Roast". Specially created for us by the The Golden Roast Espresso Cafe, Knoxville, TN. Available for purchase at
